Salisbury Racecourse is one of England’s oldest courses, set in the middle of picturesque Wiltshire countryside, within view of stunning Salisbury Cathedral.  The Racecourse hosts 15 thoroughbred flat race meetings in 2008.

 

ARO Fixtures:-

 Sunday 7th September

  Gates open       12 noon
  First race          2 pm, with half hour intervals between races
  Bars                 These will close half an hour after the last race

  Adults cost £8 (£6 if booked in advance)
  Children under 16 FREE

Course layout & characteristics:-

Right-handed, loop with 4f arm (approximately), 7f run-in is mainly uphill
making a stiff test of stamina.
